Butterflies go free!

Every two or three years I go to an event where butterflies are released in a large greenhouse and where people can freely walk among them and observe them. In my case, I take pictures of course. The biggest problem I have with the show is the fact that tripods and mono-pods are not allowed. Add to that the fact that the amount of light coming in the morning is generally low, well this makes taking good pictures a challenge. I usually bring the fastest lens that I have, a 150 macro lens at f/2.8. This picture at iso 1600 was one of the best.

Canon rebel XTI, Sigma zoom lens 150 mm, iso 1600, f/6.3, 1/1000 sec.
