Cooper’s hawk perched on a branch.

This picture was taken in mid-July, in the heart of summer. I was walking in  an area of the garden where a hawk had been seen flying into. I was looking carefully everywhere when suddenly as I lifted my eyes there it was, looking straight at me. I had my tripod with me so I quickly set up everything and began taking pictures. The light was not that good as we were under several conifers but in the end i still got some pretty good pictures out of it.
