The fox in the tree.

This picture was taken at the end of last year. I literally stumbled on a fox. I had decided to visit some seed stations at the other end of the garden when I saw a fox running after some squirrels. As I looked on, the fox, oblivious to me, began running after the squirrel. The squirrel jumped up on the first tree it saw with the fox in hot pursuit behind it. I approached the tree slowly and was able to take several pictures of the fox in the tree. He never did catch the squirrel.I had never seen before a fox climbing up on trees. Amazing.
