Pine Grosbeak?

I admit that even after looking through my bird guide I am not sure that it is the Pine Grosbeak, but it sure looks like it to me. It is possible that the one pictured is a male. In mid-November berries were still available everywhere  and so I could easily take pictures of birds gorging themselves. Things changed when the weather turned colder and when snow arrived a few weeks later.
