The Canada goose.

The Canada goose is a familiar bird throughout North America, with its distinctive habit of flying in a “V” formation as well as its honking. They can be often found in city parks and golf courses, tolerating the proximity of man quite well. In this picture, only a few birds had settled to eat near the shores of a man-made pond. I was able to approach the birds quite easily even if at times, one of the birds would lifts its head, look at me and then resume eating.
