White scales upclose.


It was very late in November, and finding subjects that I found interesting was not easy. Plants and flowers had virtually disappeared in a matter of a week. I located this plant as its scales on it were quite interesting to me. It looked liked it had small hairs on the outer cuticle.

Canon XTI, Sigma macro 150mm, Iso 100, F/10, 1/20sec.
