Inside the sunflower.

I have always found the sunflower to be an interesting flower to photograph. It is a big enough target and the various spirals that can be found in the head of the flower are always fun to look at, very intricate. I have attempted several times to really get some detail but this picture is the best so far for me.

Canon XTI, Sigma 150mm macro, ISO100, F/8.0, 1/60sec.
